EE&ME Transformers cores are manufactured using high-grade gain orientated electrical steels and then taped and reinforced with studs. These cores are designed with a conservative magnetic flux resulting is a very efficient core with extremely low noise and minimal losses. Standard coils have insulation rating of 185ºC, coupled with a 115ºC/125ºC temperature rise, this allows extra capacity without affecting the transformer life expectancy.
